Calderwood Gravity Trunk Sewer Main Project
The Calderwood Gravity Trunk Sewer Main Project had a budget of $2 million and was completed over a 4-month period.
We were required to install a trunk sewer main which consisted of 500 metres of 520DN poly pipe at depths of up to 6 meters. Supplying and installing all required components, Cisco Construction was also responsible for the creation of six 1800mm ID concrete inspection chambers, also up to 6 meters deep. As part of this project, Cisco Construction was required to undertake all bulk excavation of the site in preparation for installation of the sewer main.
As the sole contractor on this project from start to finish, Cisco Construction provided complete, turn-key services for our client
Transport Hub Shaft Project
Cisco Construction was responsible for complete FRP services for this high-profile developer’s project. With a budget of $12 million and lead time spanning 18 months, our responsibilities encompassed formwork, reinforcing and concreting for walls, columns, decks, beams, slabs, stairs, lift shafts etc. Also including precast installations, the project required one-sided formed walls, with pours of 450m³ and 650m³.
Cisco Construction was originally awarded a 4-month contract covering select areas of this project however our high standards of safety, productivity and quality resulted in our involvement being expanded to encompass over 4600m³ of poured concrete.
Thirlmere Pump Station Project
The Thirlmere Pump Station Project had a budget of $3.5 million and was completed over a 4-month period.
We were required to construct an 8-metre deep wet well in addition to a 48-metre retaining wall and various other concrete structures. Our responsibilities also included supplying and installing all connecting sewer pipe, water reticulation and conduit as well as laying a 200m² access road and 250m² hardstand area including gutters and kerbs.
As the primary contractor on this project from start to finish, Cisco Construction provided complete, turn-key services for our client.
It gives me great pleasure to recommend the services of Cisco Construction.
Cisco Construction was engaged on the Picton Sewerage Wastewater Pump Station from Sept 2018 to Feb 2019. This project was administered for Sydney Water.
Their scope on the project involved constructing a 3m diameter x 8m deep Wet Well, a 1.8m diam x 7m deep Inlet Maintenance Hole & a 50 metre long x 2m high retaining wall. They were also tasked with undertaking installation of all interconnecting pipework between the various structures (water reticulation, sewer and electrical conduits) as well as placing a 500m² access road and hardstand including 170m of kerb and gutter.
They consistently met weekly targets which ensured the project milestones were achieved.
At all times during the project Cisco Construction displayed exceptional organisation, expertise and commitment to project aims. Their supervision are dedicated to maintaining high levels of safety and are proactive in the development and ongoing improvement of work practices in order to meet the safety standards required on the site.
Personally I was impressed at the willingness of Cisco to work in with Diona management and offer their support and coverage when required during the project.
