With a budget of $6 million and lead time spanning 18 months, our responsibilities encompassed formwork, reinforcing and concreting for walls, columns, decks, beams, slabs, stairs, lift shafts etc. Also including precast installations, the project required one-sided formed walls, with pours of 450m³ and 650m³.

Cisco Construction was originally awarded a 4-month contract covering select areas of this project however our high standards of safety, productivity and quality resulted in our involvement being expanded to encompass over 4600m³ of poured concrete.

Thirlmere Pump Station Project

The Thirlmere Pump Station Project had a budget of $3.5 million and was completed over a 4-month period.

We were required to construct an 8-metre deep wet well in addition to a 48-metre retaining wall and various other concrete structures. Our responsibilities also included supplying and installing all connecting sewer pipe, water reticulation and conduit as well as laying a 200m² access road and 250m² hardstand area including gutters and kerbs.

As the primary contractor on this project from start to finish, Cisco Construction provided complete, turn-key services for our client.

Calderwood Gravity Trunk Sewer Main Project

The Calderwood Gravity Trunk Sewer Main Project had a budget of $2 million and was completed over a 2-month period.

We were required to install a Trunk Sewer Main which consisted of 500 metres of PE DN525 Sewer Maxi pipe at depths of up to 6 meters. Supplying and installing all required components, Cisco Construction was also responsible for the creation of six 1800mm ID concrete inspection chambers, also up to 6 meters deep. As part of this project, Cisco Construction was required to undertake all bulk excavation of the site in preparation for installation of the sewer main.
